Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This beautiful EVO hails from San Donato in
Collina near Bagno a Ripoli in the Tuscan hills.
The 7ha organically farmed olive grove is
manually cultivated in small quantities at high
elevation, 1150-1400 feet above sea level. The 350 olive trees
are between 35-80 years old and the estate is growing with an
additional 200 trees recently planted. LiZuti EVO is a blend of
olives indigenous to Tuscany: Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino,
Maurino, Pendolino, and Leccio del Corno. The olives are
meticulously hand harvested and mechanically pressed.
Denomination: Italian EVO. Cold extracted, superior category olive oil

Bouquet: Intense aromas of artichoke and green tomato, unmistakable
notes of rosemary and dried fruit
Tasting: Bitterness and spicy; very harmonic with notes of fruit and sweet
vegetables.
